    11Try again. Take trace. Please also add  "lsusb" output for both of these devices. It's likely that I'll need that info once this first problem is fixed.
     2If that one device has 2 modes selectable by a switch, then take "lsusb" output for BOTH modes (provided that there is a HW switch in order to switch).
