#238 | fixed | Allowing selection of a HW instance
Description |
Unfortunately, this PC has 2 sound devices: one on-board device and one device located on the NVIDIA graphics card. For me that results in the inability to play any sound. It would be helpful if via config.sys commandline switch one could select what sound device is to be used. |

Description |
If sound signal of the aplifier (analog) is on "Line in 1" and unimix control id 16 values set to 100 I hear the sound on the headphone. Same result with "Line in 3" and unimix control id 20 set. I tried to record both ways:
I played around with the unimix controls. Attached you see the file all_on_list.txt with all the controls I tried. Test result, log etc. all packed in the attachment. |

#2 | fixed | No sound after suspend/resume on Thinkpad T22 (Crystal)
Description |
I installed RC1 of UniAudio? 1.1.4. The driver works well on the notebook. I have sound in the WPS, and also with Z!. Also, when I remove the AC power and run on battery, the sound is OK! (the CPU throttles down automatically) When I do a suspend/resume with the Thinpad, there is no sound afterwards. When I try to play an MP3 with Z!, Z! "hangs". (I can kill it) Also, no sound in the WPS. What do you need to fix that ? Chipset: Vendor 1013h Device 6003h Crystal CS4610/14/22/24/30 SoundFusion? PCI Audio Accelerator eCS 1.1, German |
