rpm-yum-bootstrap-1_3.wpi

With a system that has the environment variable UNIXROOT set to "C:\", the WarpIn? package complains.

WarpIn? warning:
"2. Move the contents of the directory "C:\" to the root directory of C:

a UNIXROOT=C:\ is not correct. it's only UNIXROOT=C: <-- no trailing \,
so the wpi is correct.

This change was done about a year ago. So closing the ticket.
As a remark, the bootstrap code is not in svn, that's why no Rev is attached here.
