For the official Qt binary distribution, we want all the features to be enabled. The GIF support is currently disabled by default (and can be enabled only by manually editing configure.cmd or generated configuration files). This is done so due to some licensing issues, which need to be investigated.

Psi (​http://psi-im.org) is one of the best jabber clients I know, and it is based on Qt. It will be really nice to have an OS/2 version of this application.

It seems that value of 32768 bytes for default thread stack size is too small. This cause program photoproc trap due to low stack in 2-nd thread. I propose to increase it to 2Mb (0x200000) value.
