wgss: Added a hack (04b4431c...) that removes returning XCPT_CONTINUE_EXECUTION in response to nested XCPT_ASYNC_PROCESS_TERMINATE calls as it makes more harm than good (e.g. lost of c0010001 and c0010002 exceptions in popuplog.os2).
