Fixed copied or moved bookmarks to another file: For permanent bookmarks, ensure that 'Save attributes' flag is on to save them as EAs. For non-permanent bookmarks, the .modify state is now restored. Added/moved DelAttrInLine from KEYS.E:DeleteLine. Moved FastMoveAttrToBeg from CHAROPS.E:FastMoveAttrToBeg. This is also used by DeleteLine. Removed FastMoveAttrToBeg and added it to DelAttrInLine. Moved common procs and command to new section 'Attributes'. Renamed ChangeBmAttribInMark to ChangeBmAttrInMark. Renamed DelAttribs to DelAllAttr. Cosmetic changes. Removed DelBmArrayVars. This is obsolete since bookmark array vars are not deleted anymore.
