Just tried the latest e1000e 0.2.1 driver on my T61 (eCS 2.1) Vendor 8086h Intel Corporation
Hangs on boot and have to Ctrl-AltF10 to reboot. Returning to e1000e 0.1.8 and system boots again. Stepping through the drivers (Alt-F4) freeze occurs after netbind.sys is processed. |

Lenovo Thinkpad W520 4276-37U. The ethernet is Intel 82579LM. If setup.cmd specifies DHCPSTRT, the machine usually freezes on boot, and have to power off. When I did an alt-F2 boot, it did not freeze, but DHCPSTRT did not acquire an IP address. If setup.cmd specifies an IP address, boot is normal. |

On A Thinkpad T61 with the intel 82566MM Network card and newest multimac driver there is a problem with suspend. Using acpi driver 3.19 fullpull, suspend and resume works, but after suspend the networkcard no longer works, (wireless works genmac). The lights on the card are on, but that's all. If you want additional information, please let me know. |
