Known Problems

1. Kernel 2.6.18 and up will cause wine processes spawned from kmk (and GNU make 3.81+) to segfault. Disable VDSO compatibility (CONFIG_COMPAT_VDSO) to make this work.
2. To make kmk_ash run reliably on Windows Vista, you'll have to get a more recent cygwin1.dll. See ​http://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin/2006-11/msg00059.html for details.
